Returns Policy
Please report any errors, discrepancies, or damaged product within 72 hours to ( sales@pharmhousesupply.com ); otherwise, returns will not be accepted, and credit shall not be issued. No returns shall be accepted without prior written authorization from Pharm House Supply. If return is approved due to errors, discrepancies, or damage, any return credit issued will be applied to future purchases. Credit will be issued at the lesser of current or invoice price. Pharm House Supply will reject any merchandise returned without prior written authorization, and will charge the customer for shipping and other expenses. All sales are final, and products are non-refundable.
Payment Terms Policy
All invoices not paid within terms are subject to a 1.5% per month late fee or the maximum rate allowed in customer's state of residence, whichever is less. The parties to Pharm House Supply invoices consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Superior Court of the State of Texas, County of Denton, for any action, suit, claim, or dispute arising out of or related to this invoice. The Superior Court of the State of Texas, County of Denton, shall be the sole and exclusive forum for suit. The prevailing party in an action arising out of or related to Pharm House Supply invoices shall be entitled to recover attorney's fees and costs.
